Very good creation and compliments for your work (this also goes for a lot of other work on this site, I am thinking about joining...). What I like to see in a dream is moving details in the transparant part above of the window within the running application. This dream offers it

Yosmel, thank you for your statement and I agree with it. I hope that the main-page of this dream-portal will show only material which complies with this statement (Excuse my English sometimes, not my native language).

As the # of animated wallpapers submitted increases, we're having to establish some guidelines on what is and isn't going to be accepted: Content MUST loop. An animated wallpaper should have a reasonably transitioning loop. Do NOT submit content other people's work without their permission. We are allowing some leeway right now on this rule for content that is based on content distributed on the net until we de

Please explain why posting material here "would have a better visibility (in so many ways)". Wincustomize is free to upload. The site gets tons of traffic. The dreams (or any skins) can be previewed easily An experienced community can provide feedback Thank you for answering my question, good arguments

Why not upload them here ? They'd have better visibility (in so many ways). Please explain why posting material here "would have a better visibility (in so many ways)". Free sites are always welcome in my opinion

The word "everyone" is my way of expressing "many people" under certain circumstances, and I hereby confirm and certify that you did not "made any comment nor tried to infer that Vista Ultimate is the only OS that can do that", so everyone must be happy now (In this case everyone means in my opinion: the only two of us debating about the word "everyone" in this thread).

I could be wrong but I believe Ultimate is the only version that has the capability of running animated walls. Pity as I expect to be using XP for quite some time yet. Actually, XP can run active content as wallpaper. I've seen several programs out there that run animated walls in XP. T

I could be mistaken but this kind of technology is depending on hardware (not software). Max-OSX and Linux are allready capable <img src="http://images.

Excellent! Have a great weekend! Thank you, this goes for everyone I will stick around and enjoy this site Good...hate to see anyone leave because of a misunderstanding. Reading comments in type is often very "cold" and the true meaning in ones words can be misunderstood. I've put my foot in my

@Jafo, Kenwas and Erk: Thank you for your comment. I will stick around and enjoy this site. I was dissapointed to see that I had to pay again after buying Vista Ultimate Retail and I understand that artists also deserve payment for their work. Let's start over in a positive way in the topics to be answered/started. (Excuse my English sometimes, it's not my native language).

The attitude started here: I said "I thought that Vista Ultimate users had no limits", the reply was "Where was that said?" and so the story continued in a negative way. I am a user of many forums and I don't like the attitude here. I hope you'll remove my account as requested. Thank you in advance.

Stardock receives money from Microsoft as part of the deal. I can't recall seeing that said anywhere on WC or Stardock's sites. For example: https://www.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?AID=140736&c=1 "Users of Windows Vista Ultimate will be able to download it from "Ultimate Extra

I thought that Vista Ultimate users had no limits Where was that said? Customers and subscribers have no limits because it costs a lot to run this site and they have helped to cover the costs. Seems quite fair and logical to me. Running a site costs money: that's true, we've paid a lot of money for Vista Ultimate and Stardock receives money from Microsoft as part of the deal. So It should be free for Ultimate user

Congrats indeed for your site and art by the artists. I noticed a download limit (in my case: 100Mb) and I thought that Vista Ultimate users had no limits. Now I have to pay $19,95 to receive an unlimited download., is there a reason for this? Great site and thank you in advance for your answer.
