Good Morning, My name is Vincent Paone (a games journalist) and I've been attempting to reach Stardock's PR/Press department, without much success. The only reply I received was from customer care, who directed me to the forums. If anyone from Stardock is monitoring this forum thread, would you be so kind as to give me the email address for your PR/Press department? I'm interested in covering Galactic Civilizations III for my website & YouTube

Just a quick note on the things I have run into while playing the 3C beta. 1) Crashes seem to occur frequently. One of them was when I hit next turn, another when I double click something for more information. The crashes freeze my entire system, I can't alt-tab or windows button out of the game and am forced to power off / on. I was doing a 1 vs 1 on a small random map. 2) A lot of the graphics were foggy looking. I read someone elses post that disabli

Great, thanks! It sounds like a great game, so far Stardock has impressed me with Galactic Civ and Sins of a Solar Empire, so I am pretty sure this will be just as good. Just so I'm clear though, there is a single player campaign where you CAN level your god from match to match, right? And if so, can you choose which one you want to be to play as in the campaign?

That's cool, thanks for the insight. I have never played, or heard of DOTA for that matter before today. I know it won't be as RTS oriented as say C&C or Starcraft, but DOW2 was quite action oriented with less emphasis on the RTS base building elements and I really enjoyed it. I have an open mind so I'm sure I'll enjoy this as well.

Good Afternoon all, I was hoping to get some insight into single player modes, I'm not really a fan of multiplayer and interacting with people that are sometimes overly competitive or childish. In single player, I read somewhere that there is a campaign like mode where you can level up your demi-god. I was wondering however, does the single player also support a skirmish mode playable against the AI, to where you can level up your demi-god(s) for offline use only?&

I posted this a while back but figured I'd bring it up again. I really would like to see differences in weapons and shields in the different races. Instead of them all going up the same tree, maybe rename the weaponry for each race, give them slightly different specs, and perhaps even a different color when you see them fire them in battle viewing. Some unique weapons / defense would be cool as well, like one race only had ONE defense tree that upped the defense for all 3 categories w

I'm not sure if this idea was mentioned or not. So far the beta is great. I was wondering if it were possible to give different weapon trees to each race. In the beta so far, the humans and the other two races all have photonic torpedoes or lasers for example. Would it be possible to give them all different kinds of weapons, some specialized more than others? As an example, The Borg on ST are known for their assimilating beams and what not, while they have no to little shielding, th

Good Morning, I just wanted to say great job on the GC series, I own both Dread Lords and Dark Avatar and just pre-ordered the upcomming Twilight expansion. 1) I was getting conflicting info on the release date, is it Oct, Nov, or Dec? I won't hold you too it, doing the game right is a great goal, I was just wondering. 2) How do I get access to the Beta once it is released...I've never actually been part of a Beta team before. Any assistance you could give

Economy, if you've ever played other RTS's you'll kinda be ahead on this. The basic rule is, don't spend more than you make. What I do from the getco is go up the tech tree centerting around upgrades for factories, research, and economy. I build only factories, economy, entertainment, and research buildings, no farms. In the beginning, a lot of farms will topple your empire, as the pop goes up, your morale goes down, and in the early stages your entertainment buildings are well...basic.
