I'm pretty sure that Objectbar and ObjectDock use explorer.exe for their function so I doubt it.
Chef Garry
how about a graphic that says "Stop using windows like this, it's silly!" Silly for you. Works quite well for me using autohide. As a matter of fact, I often set up a number of toolbars (not so much lately now I've built an ObjectBar that does what I want). If I have 3 or 4 (or more) toolbars showing on the taskbar, there is little room for t
Well, I won't scream, just pout quietly to myself and find a different one.
I've always used the taskbar on the left border. There are some really cool skins (copperdeck for example) that I can't use because of my eccentricity.
I just renewed yesterday for the same reason as y'all - to support the site. I can't say any of the "bonuses" have been of interest but the community certainly is. Now if WC will only recognize the fact that I paid. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Po
I can't help you with the SkinStudio problems but I've had the occasional Wincustomize issue. What I did was to uninstall/reinstall choosing the option to all files. Everything restarted pretty quickly after that.
You do have ObjectBar installed don't you?
I almost always use the new ThemeManager. Then I can change several things all in one go.
I had a bit of a problem with OD the other day. It turned out that uninstalling and reinstalling the latest WindowBlinds fixed it up. Look to the last thing installed before OD started acting up. That might be your issue.
Garry, I'll take a double of whatever your having. hic
Unless I'm badly mistaken, there was no Wincustomize site before Stardock as Stardock put up the site. There are all kinds of places to get skins elsewhere if you're happy to sift through a lot of junk to find anything worthwhile. For myself, I only check in here about 4 or 5 times a day. There's no question that I'll renew when my subscription comes up.
now that that's done, the xml weather docklet allows you to get non-US weather. It overlays the existing docket and works fine in Calgary

I truly believe in what China said. Painful as it is now, have faith that something better will end up coming out of it. Hold on, brother.
Sounds like Didsbury/Carstairs area.
That's 3 of us then CerebroJD. You and I are from Calgary. Carolee?
If I recall, there is an enable WBB option in the program files. If you've ever installed it, you might still have it running in the background. Otherwise, check the exclusions options in WindowBlinds and see if IE got excluded somehow?
I'll give you one guess. Actually, I teach now but there you go.
see the website issues thread
You can make DX themes by pulling together bits (DX Objects) that suit your needs without any real editing knowledge or software. Just import objects that do what you wish. See the library here. You can create object to do what you want by following the directions in the guides. It's actually pretty intuitive I think, unless you start playing with scripts. If you want to actually create something, you need artistic ability, inspiration, the editing tools including ski
better yet, run through the documentation in the help files first.
There ain't no troll. Fuerza is a construct of JAFO's put up for entertainment value alone. Not a real person.
The weather objects I've tried have all worked just fine. Currently I'm using the killer object. The trick of course is gettin the right code as you are looking for. Mine is CAXX005. There's a message around here somewhere about finding your international code. www.weather.com or some such <
