The Banff parks are indeed beautiful but have become soooo commercial in the last 10 or 15 years. I like the Kananaskis much better. Re Webblinds - it's currently working on my office machine but still locks the home machine up tight. As kith says, it's the only dud in ODNT.

Crae, the whole point of the thread as I see it was a not-too-subtle warning from the owner of the site insisting on decorum. All else is secondary to that. Will notice be taken? Perhaps not, but the warning is there (in all caps no less).

I think I agree with Baker here. It seems there have been a lot of comments made in the heat of the moment that have been regretted later by the poster. With the exception of a few trolls, the people in question are good, decent individuals that just need to take a break to calm down. Visitor status might just be the best way to do this. I'm not familiar with the DA personal pages thing - I don't go there often anymore. Like elvee, bandwith concerns come to mind. We know this is an ongoing issue at WC, at least for non-subscribers. I'd hate to see anything exacerbate (Jafo?) this. I've got the same system that GhoS handed off to his kids. For surfing, my kid's homework, Email and instant messaging it works just fine. Mind you, it's the switch to XP that keeps it sane. We don't do any serious gaming so faster isn't an issue here.

Use the second button down on the right panel (I'm at work where I can't use logon studio so this is by memory - weak at my age). The window opened by this second button lists all the logons you have. Move the ones you want to use (all of them probably) to the right hand window and check the randomize box. I never bothered to mention this before and there isn't any traffic in the stardock newsboards but I too have had this issue. I had used Webblinds for a long time without problems but I think it began with WindowBlinds 3.9X. I kind of liked skinning the throbber and tool bar buttons but no big deal. The pop-up blocker never did work as well as I liked and I've installed PopNot which works well. FWIW, the newsboards are more likely to get the attention of someone with a solut
