I origanally acheived this using just the option of opening up the broswer, but when i did this the url i was going to was displayed and and therefore my password was displayed. Perhaps putting the x, y info in there was a little confusing. Perhaps somebody knows how to get a button to just plain create a new desktop object? Does that make any sense? Thanks for any help. Forrest
