The above almost sounds to me like a memory leak in some child process that is eventually closed out with the process.

I think, considering my experience with GalCiv 1 on OS/2 that the game will speak for itself. As long as it's available on the store shelves and the net, word will get around. Especially if we get some big multi-player games happening. :D
Heh-heh. Already did steps 1-4 and am enjoying a modestly successful career as a corporate entrepreneur and a not-so-successful one as a cadet spaceship pilot (though I'm getting better there, too). Bugs! is fun, too. Reminds me of the arcade games of the early 80's.... But I miss my GalCiv fix. Used to play it almost daily when I ran OS/2 here. But I don't want to break out an OS/2 machine just for that. :(

Just a question that I'll probably find out the answer to soon anyway. Will the final version have the capability of importing 3D graphics from modellers like Gmax? ;p
