Hello, using Google and the subject line you posted. I was able to find this article. I downloaded the file and tried it and it works. http://www.askvg.com/hide-menubar-addressbar-throbber-in-my-computer-in-windows-xp/

I loaded the Dragon skin to use as an example of what I think you mean...I'm sure this has been discussed before and there is not a setting to adjust this from happening. That is just how the WB was created...

I don't see an application on Object Desktop that would allow you to do this??? However, I did do a Google Search on this subject and it lead me to the following link... http://www.wikihow.com/Set-a-Website-as-Your-Desktop-Background-in-Windows

This is what mine looks like. I always thought it was by default unskinable??? But hey! after seeing Snowy's screenie and hearing from Neil, it should apply the skin. Could it be something I'm not setting up right on my end? I'll try different skins and post if there are any differences...by the way I'm currently using iFlex by Danillo...

I'm on xp I think it's awesome that you got the skin to stay put in the upper screeny. From my personal experience with MS/Office/Outlook, has never stayed put. It would skin to what ever blind I was using but the outlook settings/ui would overwrite it and apply itself. I'm currently using the 2010 Beta and it too will not skin.
