I don't think WB can change the color or theme outlook 2007. If I remember correctly??? I'm running outlook 2010 and it also is not skinned by WB. Maybe someone with a more suitable answer will come by and answer the question...

an OD Installer Splash Screen appears for a 10th of a second and disappears. I keep trying to capture a screenie of it happening but, it's just too fast. The only thing I was able capture with a quick print screen was the SS posted. I was configuring a Systat docklet when "I the dummy" clicked on the wrong 'Load' object.
