Guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I have my dream cars. My 72 Buick GS that I bought new in highschool and my 85 GMC pickup that the wife bought me when we were married. Funny, I hardly ever drive them these days. Since I have a company car, they mostly stay covered and out of the weather. CP...that Probe looks like an updated AMC Pacer to me. ALMonty...love the G8...the 6.0 liter kicks ass. Turn off the traction control and

If they're finished in time, you should post the WB and icon package as GUIC entries. The teaser picture looks sweet.

I edited my post to state that it is a GUIC08 submission.
Go to the link of the skin. Scroll down past the description. You'll see the delete option there
I wish it was that simple. The new uploader and format has no way to edit or delete that I can see. Never mind...I found the edit feature on the other side of the page. It seems that IE6 does not display the page correctly. I would still rather have a Mod delete th
I made a mistake and submitted the wrong dream file and I do not see a way to cancel my submission. I was having trouble with the new uploader and it was 3 AM when I finally got it to go. At that time of the morning, I was a wee bit on the sleepy side and made a mistake by uploading a lower quality version of the dream. It is currently in processing. Can a Mod delete it for me so I can submit the other file? The dream is Dead Planets.
I'm just about ready to post my first dream entry...Dead Planets. Should be up by tomorrow.
Join us...the more the merrier.
This might be a dumb question, but how exactly do we sign up to join the team on the GUIC site? I have a Stardock account (which signs me into the site), but how do I add myself as a member of the team?
Ditto...I can't figure it out, either.
I noticed on the GUIC 08 submission screen says a dream has to be no larger than 300 mb. Is there a new version of Dreammaker that allows this large of a file size?
Congrats on a well deserved spotlight Jim! :CONGRAT:

Do master skins have to go through moderation when thier updated? I thought once you become a Journyman, moderation was a thing of the past. Since you've uploaded an updated version, do you know if I will automatically get it if I re-download from the link when I purchased it?
I have to agree that screen savers have taken the path of ascetically pleasing versus functionality. Lately I've noticed a lot of dreams being converted to screensavers and I've found myself wondering the same thing as Jafo. While I don't see anything wrong with the conversion and was thinking of doing the same with some of my dreams, I find myself in the position of not wanting to convert any that do not actually perform the task as named. I do have a few dreams that completely ch
Ok heres my problem with the dreams.. It seems that dreams in mpg format work properly but all dreams that have the .dream extension seem to freeze everytime that i resume from standby. Does anyone know what i can use to convert from dream format to mpg format?
Not all, but 98% of my dreams are created from mpeg files. When choosing a dream, the mpeg will be extracted to a temp directory and then assigned as wallpaper. The extraction directory is
Glad you got it fixed since the Fireplace dream looks really strange in blue.
I assume this works for any themes I eventually purchase as well...
Any of the licenced MyColors themes will have encrypted images and I doubt your going to be able to extract and install them without installing them through MyColors.
