Did you update DeskScapes around the same time? If so, try this...it may fix your problem. Uninstall deskscapes. After uninstalling deskscapes, manually delete the "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Deskscapes" directory and the "C:\Program Files\stardock\object desktop\deskscapes" directory if the uninstall process didn't delete them. Reboot. Install deskscapes Reboot. It should work at this point

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong; I believe the policy is you are allowed to install on more than one PC as long as you only use one PC at a time. I'm pretty sure WindowBlinds phones home to activate...have you checked to see if your firewall is allowing it to do so?
As CEO, customers are HIS. He can use/abuse/misuse to his heart's content
You know, the first time I saw this I was surprised that a CEO would do this and thought, he must not care about his customers. Now I know better, and here's an [link="https://forums.wincustomize.com/309809"]example[/link] of why...show me another CEO that works tech support at 9:15 on a Saturday night.

Here's a good [link="http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/installed_codec.html"]codec manager[/link] that you can use to check what's installed and disable them one at a time to figure out if you have one messing with Deskscapes. I suggest starting with the mpeg2 codecs in your diagnostics. Also if you see any Nero ones, try them first. And thanks...I'm glad you like them. :)

I had the same thing happen to me on a Vista logon and I PMed the moderator. He told me that as long as the work is mine then there's no problem. He instructed me to note this in the description when resubmitting the work and it would be approved. He also told me to note this on other submissions in the future so permissions won't be an issue. Funny thing, I forgot about resubmitting it till now.
It keeps giving me the message to upgrade and buy DeskScape.
This means you still have the preview installed or at least remnants of it. I suggest the following... Uninstall deskscapes, both versions. After uninstalling deskscapes, manually delete the "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Deskscapes" directory and the "C:\Program Files\stardock\object desktop\deskscapes" directory if the uninstall process didn't delete them. Reboot. Install deskscapes 1.02

I know that Dreamscenes has a sound funtion but I am unsure if DeskScapes by it self does. The post you read was probably refering to when DeskScapes was for Ultimate only with DreamScenes installed. I believe on mine, it only shows when you run a dream that has sound. Try running one that has sound and see if you have the choice in you mixer. I posted one named V-8 that has sound.

Do I have a problem? Only if you think it is. If yes, should I try to do anything about it? Only if it interferes with your family life. If yes, what should I do? Stardock Anonymous...a local chapter coming to your neighborhood soon. Can you think of a funny caption for this photo? For only 4 easy payments of $24.95, you too can be the proud owner of some fine Stardockian jewelry like the green gold model that out test subject is wearing.
wish I could see the dreams in action so I could say "the ones here are better
One is water droping off the end of a leaf. The chroma is cranked up on it and the sun reflects in a star pattern off the drops. The loop is ok on it but the drop reappears too quickly for my taste. I say a 5 out of 10 for a score. Another is ice melting as a steady drop from a cube. The loop is well done. Camera shakes a little on this one which could have been fixed by motion tracking
