I have a few apps that do the same. Try excluding it in WindowBlinds; there's a chance it will work if it's not skinned. For me, excluding doesn't fix the menues in Vue 7 or Particle Illusion so I unload WindowBlinds prior to using them.

Just in case you didn't hear it already, Steam was hacked on 11/6 and Valve made a official announcement about it on 11/10. It appears that a database containing information including user names, passwords, game purchases, email addresses, billing addresses and credit card information was accessed. You need to work with the highest resolution you can (1920x1080 is good) and keep that resolution through your entire process. If your final MPEG2 was DVD format, your final resolution ended up as 720x480, which makes for a poor quality dream. Neil does mention a good option but from my experience with hybrid dreams, the final NWA will have a slight pause at the loop which I have not been able to eliminate. If the motion is slow enough, it's hardly noticeable.
Perhaps the Windowblinds programmers can have the skins install to a different location. It's that simple I would think.
It's set up to default to the public folders so you can access the skins from any profile on a PC. A lot of folk only have one PC and have multiple user profiles for everyone in their household. If the skins are in one shared location you don't have to waste drive space by having individual ins
