I'm not a Brit, I'm English. It seperates me from all the bloody foreigners who live here. Excuse me for waving the red and white flag...somebody has to...

You ever considered a direct fusion between you and the pc? You know, a Borg type assimilation. You'd have to wear one of those skin tight Borg outfits though... Blood? They found some of that in my alcohol stream once...

Hi KarmaGirl. Thanks for asking about the vacation. I have to say it's the best ever. I'm one of those people who gets bored very quick when I don't have my home comforts at hand, which you never do when you're away. None of that in Austria. There was always something to do or something to see. And I missed so much too! I'm going back for a longer visit as soon as I can. If you get the chance, go!! My PC is on 24/7...it runs better that way. Plus I have Seti running. For anyone else out

You think you have problems? Let's see, what happened yesterday... I spent 3hrs walking in the Austrian mountains, 3hrs on a boat going round the lake, 1hr on bus transfer to Salzburg airport, 2hrs sitting in the lounge, 2hrs on a plane, ½hr on a bus to the car park, and a two hour drive home. This thread has got a lot bigger since...and...pressing the 'show entire thread' button to try and catch up was a mistake! /me thinks the entire thread would take at least 2weeks at 56k to download...

I understand cats. Women are similar in nature but less predictable. That can be interesting sometimes, and sometimes confusing, mostly the latter. They say things they don't mean and mean things they don't say. Whatever YOU say is always wrong... So you might as well say what you like! (A bit of fuzzy logic there) A lot of older women end up prefering the company of cats to people - wonder why.

There they are! Not in skinbrowser though...scratch the new version, it's still not updating properly. I'll stick to using the web based message board. I'm going now before my posts take over...

Hmmm, difficult to tell. I've just started using skinbrowser 0.98a and it does seem faster. However, network response is not immediate, there are still pauses. It's not my connection 'cause I just downloaded this skinbrowser at 6KB/sec on a 56k smooth as anything.

I can't answer for the other animals but the cute and cuddly fuzzy bunny is fine. If a little shaky and nervous having just read that post by KarmaGirl... /me thinks Doreen should be more worried about things hiding inside the bedroom...

A fairer way would be to exclude the top and bottom 20% of ratings. But would that be technically difficult to achieve? Wouldn't work with only a few ratings though.
