i know this is silly and im sure there is a simple answer but i cant figure it out..I have changed skins several times and the skins change everything just fine but my start menu remains stuck on a skin i used several weeks ago..any idea what the problem is

my widow blinds is also not skinning the start bar and also not skinning the widows just changing the colors.
