Fairly interesting read. Credit scores and the errors within them have been around for years and years, and always will be, even if "Obama the Savior" and his administration try to fix it. Especially when the process is multiplied by 3. I couldnt imagine how long it would take if you had an error that appeared on all 3 of your sub scores, because you do have to correct them independently. When the percentage boost of the power plant is greater than simply adding another factory. Usually you just dump them on your huge industrial planets, maintanance costs be damned. Example: If your plant adds 10% to manufacturing, and a factory adds 10 units, you would build 11 factories, then a power plant would provide 11 units as opposed 10 units from just another factory. I think I used a power plant one time in a game, just to say i did it.

In DA I would rush buy the Mind Control Center, if for no other reason than you made more profit for the +100% econ bonus than you paid in interest for the loan. Many times I wouldnt even care if I went below the -500 BC limit, as long as my per turn income would get me out of the hole in a few turns or so.
