Yea, you might also find that you like the Terrans as well. They are just as good at getting wars started with their negotiation Super Ability, but also they get much better deals than the Drath when forming treaties, trading techs, selling/buying ships, etc. On top of that, the Terrans are also able to move buildings, gain the capability to launch nukes, and can build unique combat units like siege tanks and firebats, whereas the Drath are just big stupid looking lizard people wh

If he can be the president with that name then why can't someone name their child Adolf Hitler? Saddam "Hussein" had killed thousands of people, he was a modern day hitler. Osama Bin Laden... replace the "s" with a "b" in Osama and you have Obama. Shows how stupid people in USA can be to vote that through to president then complain about a

Sometimes its also fun to see how long you can just not research any weapons/defense techs and just kiss the AI's virtual ass for a few years. Then research like particle cannon 1 all the way through 12 additional techs in like 1 week. Then rush-buy a few ships and sucker punch them. Sure, you just did 2 decades of research and ship-building in the span of 1 galactic week and it totally blows any sense of realism you might have been striving for in your game. It's
Your spies are too good. They looked so much like robots, the Thalans killed your spies as well. Move your "competency skill" slider under your espionage tab to the lowest setting. That way, next time they spy on the Yor, instead of looking like this:

I would imagine part of the reason console games cost more is due to the fact they sell the consoles themselves at near even, if not at a loss. This is not unusual. Printers are commonly sold below cost, because the special cartridge and ink you have to use for the printer you bought so cheap is costing you your firstborn child. Also, the market for consoles is very different, and the makers of the systems know that. How many kids do you know that take their com

If you click on the options tab and pull up the governor's menu, (the screen where you set rally points and build commands), you should see an toggle button to activate Spider Solitaire. During the weeks where your growing empire is in a downtime, or when you are on hold with the Drengin forever, you can play this game to pass the time. Just kidding about that one. You can turn tech speed up. That will help. Or spell words in space with yo

I did get totally hooked by R.A. Salvatore's Drizzt serious, especially the Icewind Dale Trilogy. I wound up reading a dozen Drizzt books before I tired of them, and I actually want to grab the last few books here soon. You could probably say that the Drizzt books are derivative to

The actual murder solve rate is even lower. It's mostly on account of criminals being fucking morons that they solve hardly any of them. You're kidding, right? Its much higher than 70%. Look at NCIS, CSI Miami, CSI NY, CSI Las Vegas, Law and Order,

No one has mentioned the "Dogs" from Ghostbusters, either. Maybe is was just me but I didn't like the part where she was sitting in the chair and they drug her in the bathroom and molestered her. It creeped me out for a few weeks because the bathroom in my room was directly across from the chair I sat in to watch TV. Of course, I was also around 8 years old...I didn't know it was a comedy at the time.

Will Spock forego his Vulcan Mind Pinch in favor of his new power inthis movie? The one where he cuts open your forehead and reads your brain to gain your superability. If he can catch Kirk off his guard, he can steal his superpower of making women powerless when he isnt wearing a shirt...

And if I understand it correctly, the 10% ethanol mixed gas you buy might make it a little cheaper per gallon, but lowers your fuel efficiency as well. Doesn't seem like a good trade to me.

I wonder if the game equation for calculating military score is complex enough to see the growth rate of your military might as a factor. Perhaps your score goes down for that 7 or 8 turn period while you get enough ships to fleet up because your growth rate decreases. Then, obviously, it jumps up again as all those ships fly under the array. What would happen to your military score if you built say, 10 ships increasing over time, then a few turns decreasing over time.<b
