Serial Problem HELP !!! in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hello, I've send a mail to the support team but no answer... My game is crashing, closing without reason. I want to download the update to the if it fix the problem, but neither the website or stardocks accept my serial number. Am I doomed to buy a new CD ? :notsure: .... It would be wonderful to have an answer...
