I dont use object dock, but I DO like each window maximized and un-hidden. I have found this great little (FREE) progoam that makes this possible. Every time!! Im a PSP user. (Hail PSP!!) Psp 8 should be fine for tga's. PSP 7 is also graet, and you may be able to get it at a discounted rate. I downloaded a trial version of PSP 9 once, and although its good, the earlier versions are just as good. I dont know too much aboubt Photoshop.

I dont use photoshop, I use PSP, but The basics are probably similar. This is what I would probably do... Instead of using magic pink as the objects background, I would us a color similar to the color of the desktop pic. Select the object, then feather or expand the selection 1 or 2 pixles before shadowing it.

Right click on desktop, choose properties from pop-up menu,click on the desktop tab, then choose customize desktop and uncheck the icon you dont want to show.

If you are trying to play a graphically intense game or a game that uses a lot of CPU or memory, it's most likely that your PC can not handle it PLUS all the new goodies you installed. You can create another user account without all the goodies (that you just installed)for whenever you want to play games. Richard Mohler I agree with jazzymjr...better to have antivirus software on each computer in your network. Another thing to consider is firewall protection. Some routers have built-in firewalls, mine does (2 wire router), but I still use windows firewall on both computers. You might want to check on that also.

Do you have a Java platform installed? Even if you do (as you said this just started happening a week ago), it may be corrupted. Go here to re-install Link . Another thought would be, is that if you recently installed serivice pack 2, it may be being blocked by the popup blocker or the firewall.

Skinner Meowy With all due respect, until the other problems have been weeded out like system font, DPI screen res etc, then I still believe a repair is a drastic option. And if SP2 is installed then the automatic repair wont even be avail. (The manual at a c: promt will still be avail) If it were me, after checking the above mentioned things, I would use system file checker before I do a repair install.

Citizen Jonathan Yao I downloaded the UnitedFPwb skin and installed it (a great skin by the way!) My start menu has the same font I see in your screenshot (appears to be "Dungeaon" font), so I dont think this has anything to do with the font in your WB config dialog . Conrad Hauser Try this. On the computer that the shared printer is attached to, go to the printers folder and right click on the printer that you're trying to share. Choose sharing from the popup menu. On the sharing tab, make sure "sharing" is enabled. An XP version of the printer driver doesnt nesessarily mean its using the shared printer. Also I dont beleive you ever said weather or not the XP machine has SP2 intalled.
