Turned all my stuff over to military pumped out about 30 transports and 15 medium hull sized ships divided them up and prayed to god I got good rolls on the planets. So it all turned out well. ~Also~ Why is my "custom" race medal not showing up with the rest of my medals?
Well done Mulfia. You're gaining victories at a nice pace!
Cannibalism. Kzins taste of chicken and clouds, or butter and dreams. Either way.. .. .I need to do more Metaverse. I have a game going, but it is taking longer than expected due to a massive all > vs me for unknown reasons. I only held about 40% of the galaxy then, "Your war machine must be stopped!" , so.. fun times. Edit : meow.
* Beats random Kzinti with a sack of catnip. * Hellooooo....
Welcome Mulfia. :) As Fights-With-Words says, a dangerously provocative action! It is not unusual for Kzin to kill each other in honor duels, or simply in a blind rage. But this is a perfectly acceptable way to resolve disputes between Kzin....it's also another way to weed out the weaker bloodlines. But the great news for the Empire today is that we have supplanted the Space Orca

I find them very useful for a number of different reasons. I always trade them the techs they need to build the three capital improvements, so that when I devour their tasty planet I gain more capitals. They are also good to trade/sell tech with, and get a bit of trade income. It also slightly ups the habitable planet count, which can be significant if you are playing a small map....on a larger map that effect is negligable. <a href="http://www.mypicshare.com/vqrpalptpic.html" target
Thats true, but only for your outgoing treaties. If you only get a treaty from someone, you can declare war on them without problem. For a time i was not getting treaties from minors cause i thought i wouldnt be abalt to attack them later. Now i get them all.
Very useful to know CaptainYar. I just assumed it would be a big reputation hit for breaking treaties either way. Thanks. <img

BOTF was a excellent game that I played for quite a while...great to see some more fans. :) They really should have made Cardassians much better than they were (although the Dominion mods really amped things up for them later), and the Ferengi were much better than I had expected them to be: In addition to making gobs of cash, their warships were quite good....cruisers had loads & loads of torpedoes. I did like playing Klingons, even though they werent very good. <a href="http

Yes, that would be interesting to see. My empire has been at #1 for almost 4 months, and I wanted to get a sense of how that measured up to the other large empires from the past. I have compared the all-time totals with the other empires by clicking on them one by one, but there isnt an all-time category list for empires. It would also be nice so that older empires might be inactive, but not forgotten entirely. Thanks Mumble! <a href="http://www.mypicshare.com/vqrpal

From my experience with my main character Devilcat, it seems to me that there is no further score penalty below 20% after 50 games. I seem to always gain from 10-12k for the type of game I typically play with that character. Once I get some more RAM, I'll probably up the map size so I can increase faster. <FONT

It is indeed a most glorious day for the Kzinti Empire. We passed 7 million points yesterday, have expanded to over 250 members, and now are only about 20k away from displacing the Space Orcas!! Congratulations and great thanks to everyone who has helped to make the Kzinti such a smashing success. Good advice from both Iztok and Millertime. :) Diplomatic techs are always a trade of last resort, so I almost never trade them away. You want to maintain your diplomatic dominance. The tech "trade" is one exception which I always trade right away to minor civs, so that they can build their economic capitals, which you will later "acquire". ;) I like to keep the galaxy in a perpetual state of war so that the enemy civs are spending a lot of their resources on fighting each other.

The map size you choose will regulate the number of stars/planets accordingly. Percentage of planets/stars, habitable-planets/planets will stay the same as you change map sizes. I think you might be looking for abundant planets with commom habitable planets, from what you describe. <

There are many many empires on the Metaverse, as is plainly evident by you saying that yours is ranked 447th. In order to get people to join, you need to distinguish yours from the others in some way. How you decide to do that is up to you. But a good place to start might be by making post in the forums, because I see that there isnt anything about your empire other than this post. People certainly wont be likely to join if they've never heard of it. Also, try upping your games a bit so tha
