These differences in early year scores highlights the significantly different approach I have for my games compared to the majority of the people getting mega-scores. I'm very happy with my 257k Y2, yet relatively speaking it is low. Not every single one. There is one enemy planet, and maybe 70 uncolonized planets left. And when I say Year 1, I start counting with Year 0, so maybe that is throwing you off? By comparison, in my 900k game with no econ boom, my score-test at Year 1 end was 193,200. <span style="font-size:
