If the un-modded Ice work, and only your version of Ice not working properly show that the problem is inside your version of Ice. No matter how many time you purge and reinstall Windowblinds. It will still have the same problem when you reapply your version of Ice. You need to figure it out yourself. Unless you want to send over your version to me or Dave, if his willing to help, to have a look at it.

Hello, First, would like to remind you objectdock is not supported for Windows 10. But you can try these Right click on the icon -> Edit this Shortcut -> in the Link: box click browse and look for where your explorer.exe located. Than click ok.

Did you have the "Only drag tabs in a group when holding Shift or right mouse button" checked? Please uncheck it. (Its under Groupy -> Setting -> How should you switch and move tabs? option.)
Try disable Fences and see if the Fence you mentioned go away.
Uncheck the Translucent Fence backgrounds (Windows 10 only) under "Color & appearance" -> Additional Tweaks option.
I wonder if you can load any skin at all?

Hello, You can try the snapshot restore. Try to restore the version that is earlier that the day that fence appeared.
Can you try disable the hardware graphics acceleration on the Excel. Its on the Excel Options Its on File-> Options-> advance -> Display and tick the disable hardware graphics Acceleration. And reboot and See if it help. Please report back.

Well on my Windows 10 with Ice (unmodified) it look no problem. Try to see if Ice (original) or any other default theme (come with WB) produce same problem on your pc.
