Hello, If the program is listed on the exclusion list it will only not be skinned, but the color scheme will still be use. As what I understand, color scheme is a system wide thing and can't be disabled on per program basis. You will need to adjust system wide color using Skinstudio to do that.

Do you have Windowblinds installed? If you do, could you try different theme that come with Windowblinds.

BTW, Would like to know your OS. Windows 7? or Windows 10. Ignore above, just notice you on Windows 10, Need to know antivirus, Firewall, or any other monitoring software such as anti malware etc etc. Excel and powerpoint add on/plus in installed if any.
