hey thanks neone6... but after a look at it...its the web menu...part but the web menu backgound totally cannot be change just the web menu items and web menu gutter. web menu client . Unless someone found a way to change the Background. This is also true if you right click on Internet Explorer..

Thanks DaveBax and LightStar arrow count is from left to right :) as for arrow 1) DaveBax its is not using Popup menu Background, coz I did skin that part but it not show up on this one. LightStar its is not using Additional Explorer section Drop down background either coz i skin that part too yet it did not show up there... As for arrow 2 and 3. DaveBax changing there don't work for me... LightStar are you sure

i made those in 2006 so at that time i think either skinstudios include animation control while still in standard editions or I somehow have a pro version back on those XPs days. I found the animation file which is a xxx.tga files what i am trying to look for if there is UIS files I need to edit to omit it all together :)
