Firstly, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [ https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1346764874/DeskScapes+purging+and+re-installing ]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here. Thank you

I tried download and installing one of brother printer drivers. But, it look like it don't work. Perhaps, this is due to I don't have any Brothers printer connected to my system.
