i have OD free and it randomly closes as well - nothing to do with a specific app, even when my laptop was just sitting there with nothing open it just closed memory-wise i find it taking up very little memory (about 3MB for me which is amazing) anyway, is there any reason for this random closing? something i can change? (I have XP home) thanks

Did you quit and then reload OD after selecting Prevent dock from hiding when you press winkey+d. It is working fine here, OD Plus 1.9. yup. unchecked and restarted and then checked and restarted again to be sure. Still doesn't work! any ideas?

As the title states, I just upgraded to OD 1.9 (free) and I love how much less memory it takes up - very nice! Anywa, I have it set to "keep on bottom" and in miscellaneous options I have "Prevent dock from hiding when you press winkey+d" However, when i press winkey+d (or click on the show desktop icon in my quick launch) the dock gets hidden instead of staying on bottom Am I missing something?
