I know that I am not a very frequent contributer to the site (although I have been around since the beginning), but wanted to share that my father passed away this morning at 1:20am from pnuemonia. He was 76 years old, sufferred from Alzheimer's, and was at the hospital to recieve radiation treatment for cancer on his nose. It was unexpected that he should go this way, however, I am sure he is in peace. I have never had to deal with grief of this magnitude in my life. Please keep my family in yo

I bought and installed one of the first "car phones" when they came out - you know, before they made them so small and truly portable. Had the box phone, bag phone, and now a tiny Motorola V60i (and it's outdated already). I use it for business and pleasure and never go over the minutes in my plan (costs me 49.99/month). I don't remember what it was like to have to find a pay phone that actually worked.

I can't even update to 4.2. I tried updating from Stardock Central - it downloads, asks me to restart my computer, then pops up in SD Central again asking if I want to update. Perhaps with the bugginess it is a good thing.

Nothing to do with skinning.............. Can I put a second hard drive in my PC despite the lack of bays? There is room inside but not an available bay. Also, does it have to be mounted a certain way - can I put it upside down or on it's side? Thanks for the help.

I've owned several Dell's in the past few years and have no complaints. Kona - why did you contradict yourself? ToeJo - I think you'll be pleased with the Dell.

It is, in my opinion, "that good". It may not be worth the money for you. I use outlook and word both at home and place of employment and find that they work well for me. I also can use both on my PDA without much effort.

For those that are wary of editing the registry, here is a link to a website for a product called "DetachOL". The program is free but in development. http://www.mcdev.com It's quick and painless. In my opinion, it is better than many of the com add-in's available that do the same thing. [Message Edited]
