It actually is no different than running it off a hard drive. Yes it is possible, and quite simple. Just copy your sins files onto the flash drive. However, you may want to turn the settings down, since the computer you may plug into likely will not have a decent video card, if it has anything more than onboard video at all. This is why older games with tiny graphics requirements are often used (such as Warcraft or WoW)
