If I get a couple of +% regen items (e.g. a couple of helms with +X% mana per second), how do they stack on top of each other? Is the %age added first, then applied or is it compound %age where one is applied first, then the second is applied to the total of the first's application? As an illustration... If I have 10 mana per second and I put on 2 helms that give me +100% mana per second, do I end up with: 1. 10 + (10 * 1.0) + (10 * 1.0) = 30 mana per second, or <

If I buy the item that allows me to decloak Regulus' mines, it should have some effect other than to know when I'm gonna step on the mine. Personally, I think I should be able to destroy the mines without them blowing up. In addition creeps should possibly attempt to avoid the mines if they are visible. Otherwise, what's the point of decloaking them?
Currently, the source inflicting the killing blow gets credit for the kill. I'd like to see a change where the source inflicting most damage gets credited for the kill.
I admit I skimmed most of this thread, but should add another perspective. Problem #1 Custom games list is... ummm... wonky. Refreshing it is not always reliable. Joining custom games occassionally results in being directed into a wrong game. Normally, I play with a same group of 20 or so people. We always use Ventrilo to hook up and put passwords on our games. Ocassionally, when trying to join the game created by one of us, we'll end up in another room (or if
A properly played Rook can dominate the map. Like any other properly played character. And if played by people who have no idea what he's about, he'll suck. Like any other badly played character.
Does anyone ever take the (+) at the bottom? What is it? Like a stat increase? I usually take a few ranks in that here and there... Is that a waste?
It's a general character improvement. It ups your hp and mana pools, your regen, your damage, your attack speed, etc.
Complaining about Beast's DoT is like complaining about Regulus' snipe, or TB's fireball that will track you across the map even if you teleport. A very simple way to undo Beast's poison, if you're low on health, is to teleport back to your healing crystal. Aside from that, all I see in this post is people bragging how they mastered playing the Beast and how they feel uber against newbs. Perhaps (this goes to the original poster) you should put as much time into TB as you have into UB
I've encountered this today myself, those a few movement orders usually get him going again. UB does seem to have many movement bugs (sticking on corners/flags etc).
Yeah, I get those too. I can't say for certain, but I think I did not get them prior to the last patch. These days though, UB will get stuck and attack orders, or skill usage will do nothing. As if though commands are not received. Movement orders--m
Default speed = perfect.
They should add more categories for Favor bonus acquisition that are healing oriented. E.g. "most healing done".
As an UB I've never had trouble taking Rooks on 1v1. Even in early levels.
It's a good idea. Perhaps this thread should be in the 'Ideas' forum instead of general forum.
Allow us to click anywhere on the map with the teleport spell, but the actual placement should 'snap' to the closest structure. Perhaps highlight the structure in green as we move the cursor across the map to indicate where we'll actually teleport to. It should avoid the current pixel hunts for possible teleport destinations.
Does anybody have any numbers on how AoE damage interacts with life leech items? I was specifically thinking of a correlation between Beast's Ooze and life leech items. Given enough creeps to damage with ooze, could the life leech items offset the hp drain?
Heh. Last night I got put up solo against 3 players. My first online PvP game. Didn't help that I won 20-6. :D
I was the guy playing the game with Shoal. For the sake of completeness, I should mention that I turned off Alloy on my machine as well. Also, after he minidumped, I did not. Although, when I quit the game and attempted to exit, that's when I got a minidump.
