The way I see it.. Computer games are more of a personnel time. Hard to play with a friend. Consoles are much more social. Calling companies "evil" for dumbing down a game is stupid. "Oh no, even though I will never play the console version I'm really pissed off!". Games aren't cheap to make, so it makes sense to release it on multiple ports, especially with the high sales these years.

[quote]@GeneralEtrius - The right to free speech, or freedom of expression as you call it, is limited to government and publicly owned forums. Even on those forums, the right is limited. It simply doesn't apply here. It's still the U.S., dude. Rights cant be taken away even on private websites. They still fucking exist in the real world, and in cyberspace! This doesn't really belong here, but since we're talking about the ai.. Is it possible to add variations to what the AI says? Such as EnemyMad1 - "Oh shit am I mad" EnemyMad2 - "You're going to get it now" The Ai sometimes lacks in these areas and gets repetitive. :/

This might be addressed in another area; When bartering with the AI and click "money" icon and it puts the number the AI wants, it will sometimes leave out a number. So when it's really 9372, it might read "937" or something like that. Anyone else have a problem in that area? (Running fully patched)

Back to the betas; I don't really know what happened, but I enjoyed the betas alot more. Most likely due to planets giving the logistical points rather than research. I wouldn't be surprised if the code was removed, but any chance of a mod bringing back the planet logistical system?

[I] Now it is such a bizarrely impossible coincidence that anything so mind-bogglingly useful could have evolved purely by chance that some thinkers have chosen to see it as a final and clinching proof of the nonexistence of God. The arguement goes something like this: "I refuse to prove that I exist," says God, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing." "But," say Man, "the Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves

I believe that both evolution and creationism, along with any other theory of how things are, should be the kids choice. Some might wish to learn creationism. Others evolution. Others their own religions type. There's extremely strong evidence that the theories of evolution exists; animals change to suit their environment. The environment changes over time. To get more of their environment, they need to become better. Sometimes getting better requires making new parts. Sometimes t

I've tried out a 700 planet system before; actually worked. Calling it a slide show would be giving it too much credit however. Chances are (with many other minidumps) it was caused by a mod, bad drivers, and other applications. It might have been caused by other programs running in the background and sins not getting enough of that cpu love.

Adding a patrol button could make the interface a bit too clumsy looking, but a simple yes/no option in the hud menu would fix this. On large systems I often wish I could have a scout patrol, or to defend more spots easily (and make me look alot more active) The negative part of patrolling is it can be hard to find a patrolling unit sometimes. /SIGN
