Reply to Titlebar buttons in SkinStudio WinCustomize Forums

Make a seperate button for the inactive window (if you don't already have it) and try clicking both the 'always show' and the 'show if inactive" buttons for the inactive window and see if that works. Be sure to check that nothing else is checked except those two. Thats how I have mine currently set up and it's working.

It's not a bug. In SKS6 you can set when the buttons show and what they do. Under the UIS2 frames in the Titlebar Buttons section, there is a tab called Visibility. You can change when a button shows there by choosing a particular option. The best way that I have found , is just expiriment with the different settings till you get what you want!

I can't help you but I figured you'd like to know you are not the only one. I'm having the same thing happen to me. The large image will not show, the small one and the icon will.

Rob, there is a file in your objectdock folder... c/program files/stardock/objectdock/skinning the dock...that may help a bit. It explains the .ini file settings you can set. It's not [I]real[/I] clear on some things, but it may help.

Thanks for the links to the ruinedinc stuff. That's a blind I had not tried yet. It really is an amazing skin. I'm not realy a fan of blue so I changed the color to green...and the buttons went purple...another one of my favorite colors! This is a really good skin that I will go back to when I'm not working on one myself). Thanks for the review!
