Final Fantasy 8 Window Blind Theme in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Hey guys and girls xD do u think any one of you could make a high res windows blind theme that consists of squall as the theme? if so the start button would probebly be a pic of squall (any) and the bar would be a clear black (shiny but not to shiny). do u think that could be possible??
