About 7 or 8 years ago, the maker of Thomas trains was found to be using lead in their toys. I don't recall how it was discovered, but if they hadn't been, would it still have been OK to make those lead filled toys despite the consumer's ignorance?
Is this a fictional land where painting children's toys with lead isn't a criminal activity because of known health hazards, and companies aren't required by law to post notice of such t

First, improvements. Antimatter missiles are great, antimatter structures not so much. If you have a full ring of improvements around a central structure, you get a combined bonus, from that central structure's presence, of 60%. One to each of the six, and one from each of the six, at 5% each. If you use the power plant instead of a regular research structure, you get 60%, two to each of the six from itself, and none from the six. You then la
For people like you and me who have the knowledge and ability to select and download a different browser, it's not anti-competitive. But for the vast majority of consumers who either don't know about alternative browsers and/or don't have the skills to choose an alternative, it is a defacto anti competitive move. Consumer ignorance is not the fault of MS, but it's disingenuous to take advantage of it - just because it'
This is probably a fairly minor detail, but museums don't make money... I wouldn't be terribly surprised if there isn't a single museum on the planet that actually turns a profit at present, or even operates on it's own revenues. The further out into the information age you get, the more quaint and inconsequential such things become. Now art galleries are a for profit business and take a cut of the merchandise, and or charge
Please don't confuse monopolistic activities to crush the competition with designing products to force you into doing things a certain way for your own good. It's a revolting abuse of logic, and, considering your obvious political leanings, intellectually dishonest. Microsoft has done plenty of shady stuff, but packaging IE with Windows was as anti-competitive as putting ketchup in a squeeze bottle, and it's even less relevant to forcing unnecessary up
League of Bursts. Riot's fucking stupid. It's the only explanation for why they think AD assassins need more burst when they already have an item with AA resetting dickcheese, or why they can't see how monumentally fucked any non tank is when a tank takes this item and kills them in 2 seconds with an otherwise full tank build combined with Titanic Hydra.
Ahh, the internet...
I'm too lazy to find the link, there's a recent thread here somewhere pointing to it, but I can't remember which one. The owner of Stardock said they were working on it, so unless he was jerking our chains it's legit, but there's no official announcement by Ironclad or Stardock either one.
Well, most champs don't have high durability and an on hit ability kit, including a stun, to go with it. He's one of the best split pushers, excels at pursuit, and with those two items, will dish out horrendous damage as he procs huge bonuses from phoenix and tiger stance.
There are so many epic hard counters, I'm more annoyed at how utterly hosed people are based on pick order, not so much overall win rate...
DX12 is better set up for parallel processing, but it's probably still on the developer to put in support for various configurations, even if it's simple to do so.
GoG is going to be pretty dead multiplayer wise regardless if there's no cross contamination between them. A small fraction of the player base will actually play multiplayer, a small fraction of that will play it regularly, and of that small fraction, a small fraction of those would have the GoG version in the first place. Once word spreads that they wont be able to play hardly anyone, that number will shrink drastically going forward.
The above advice is overkill and missing your obvious problem. :) You don't need to do hardly any of it to beat the AI at easy, or even challenging. Your big problem is tech trading, the system is utterly broken and has been throughout the series as well as much of the genre as a whole. There are two settings in the options, disable tech trading, and disable tech brokering. If you aren't interested in making sure you trade ever
It is. El Presidente said it's in the works on Steam a while back.
Starbases can have weapons and upgrades and can easily be restricted to a unique presence in a well, there are multiple reasons to use one for a trade port.
It's one only Goa, once you set a faction in the research, you can't change it again. :(
It's just an or branch in the research. The practical limitation is that you only have so much real estate for technologies and, somewhat more problematic, ships. Research locked ships will still take space even if you can't use them with your faction, so two truly unique factions with entirely different ship lists is simply untenable. An overly diverse research tree is equally problematic.
You can't explore a planet you inhabit, it only works on planets without view. It's about as far from useful for getting a ship to your own structures as you can get. First example should remove shields, doing 10k damage before mitigation. If it's not, you've got a different problem with your ability and it's simply not happening. Second example halves shield restore rate, even if it was -99999 it would simply stop
Rey's actress is 23, Ren's is in his 30's, their character ages are only a few years lower according to the internet. Neither of them are playing children, even if one of them has the mental stability of a spoiled three year old. Me thinks you try too hard.
I'm expecting to be in bronze, haven't had a not shit team since.
Constant flickering shouldn't still be around by release dude. You're also wrong about asyncronous compute, and the game ran almost as well in dx11, without flickering, so you wasted money returning the 970.
So... Yeah, that trailer is pretty bad, but I can't imagine it's a worse movie than the last one. Hell, if they're not on a ship for most of it, maybe that means there isn't a super ship for a bad guy, or maybe a super ship for a bad guy is why they're on a planet punching everything and I'm just being optimistic again... As for being old because everything pisses you off, welcome to the club man, I reached that plate
Shit, I be blind huh...
Not rationally. You could do a "jump" in the same system without too much trouble, but it wouldn't be moving to the target, it would be appearing next to it. The only way to get a ship to actually travel somewhere with a buff is to do a taunt target. If you spawned a neutral invincible object off shipyards/starbases, and set up the taunt off that, you might could get them to return to it, but I don't know if this would work off structures in another
Boycott, Divestment, and Sanction. Pro Palestinian movement to get the UN to corn hole Israel for such evil things as not bulldozing legally purchased home sites to give them back to the people that sold them, or bulldozing a home people are firing rockets from. It's mostly carried by the arts, but then most stupid causes are. :)
