Assuming you're correct in that the gpu is failing, this happens somewhat often with factory over clocks, it's a bad clock job. You need to either tune it down, or up the voltage(I'd tune it down, these guys typically run hot to begin with) to fix your stability issue. Check out SOA2 and look at the AbilityX1 set of files. There are limits on individual file contents, such as five instant actions and two periodic actions, but you can chain them together pretty much endlessly. At some point there has to be a limit to what you can do, but we're talking long integer kind of limit, not really practical.

But they're not actually being broken because they've downgraded past temperatures, discounted others entirely, and adjusted the current readings higher to correct for the cooling factor from urban heat island effect. For a 650? No way. Not really on the edge. A 680 is slow but serviceable, I can run the benchmark with 15-20 fps and a medium map runs fairly smooth at 2560x1440. A 650 has about a third of the horse power, you're going to be doing 10 fps, maybe better and maybe worse, but you'll never get anywhere near 30 on that thing. You can, however, buy a 970, and have good performance in dx12 with the rest of your rig as is.

Tenacity doesn't help against perma slows. If you're being kited by an ADC like Ashe that can apply a frequent slow, your reduced duration means nothing and the extra speed plus reduced slow makes the Boots of Swiftness much much better. If it's a single application slow, they're not much different from having Mercury Treads instead, but they're way better against sustained slows.

You can run cable without damaging walls using those sticky hooks for hanging pictures in the case of a landlord vetoing a proper wiring job. Artillery plus radar is anti-artillery at present. A couple T3's on a hill with repair will just hose the surrounding area. On the offensive, if you're not taking radar(the scouts have it) then you need to aggressively use the remote vision to give you vision on the artillery and kill it.
