Hi Folks, I'm wondering if WindowFX is compatible with Windows 8 yet? I've downloaded the demo but it unfortunately fails to launch and I've noticed that the web site makes no mention of Windows 8 anywhere, plus this forum doesn't seem to confirm the current situation. I received a Stardock discount code via email new letter and been really interested in WindowFX after seeing the video demo's of the product so any further information regarding Windows 8

You may want to check https://www.galciv.wikia.com/wiki/Keyboard_shortcuts for a list of shortcut keys, such as Ctrl+Arrows to rotate the camera etc.

I've had similar problems like this in a few other games and found it was another program running in the background trying to take mouse focus away from the game. Have you anything else running at the same time, anything in your system tray that could be causing it. Is the problem the same in windowed and full screen mode?
