I am running Vista Ultimate x32. I only started having this problem in the past few days or so. Maybe it was an MS update? I tried booting up without my usual programs and still had the problem. The delay works nice. Another way is to manually start OD once Vista is up. Must be something interfering with this feature at startup. While the autohide is now working the mouseover text will at some point start displaying underneath any window that is covering the text area.

I found a pretty good workaround for my tab problem. Possibly it's a timing issue when OD starts up with everything else during Vista startup. I downloaded a startup delay program and put a one minute delay on OD. It's possible a shorter delay will work for me. I'll test that out eventually. I am using the beta version of the program. You can find it here: http://www.r2.com.au/software.php?page=2&show=startdelay&PHPSESSID=eed985684a507f059b05a69e456bddaa

I'm having the same problem. I choose to hide the tabs and when I first start Vista the tabs appear even though 'tabs always on top' is NOT checked. If I check it then uncheck it I am good to go until I restart my machine. I am running the 1.9 beta version of Plus. It was working fine until a few days ago. The Beta has been on for a few weeks. The previous version also worked OK. Wonder if it's a Registry problem?

I've noticed that there are some icons out there that have the mirror effect as part of the icon itself. Placing them on an OD dock produces a mirror effect. Is this the way the MAC does it or can it make a mirror out of any icon placed on it's dock?

Well it looks like all isn't well with the weather docklet afterall. Right now the docklet displays a clear moon icon and 66F. The label says Clear 66F also. Going to the accuweather site it says cloudy with a cloudy icon and 66F. *** update I removed the icon and then added it again. Now it matches the AW site.

The beta appears to be working great for me. All the info on the docklet is up to date so far as the length of the update interval is. Doing an update now works for me too. btw... what is the interval for automatic updates? Sniffing around it appears to be an hour. Any chance we could get an option to specify our own interval?

Installed and testing right now. Really can't tell at the moment until the temp. changes on the accuweather site. The 5 day forecast is spot on. It would be nice to have some more options for the docklet. The caption pretty much just puts into words what the icon displays, ie, it says cloudy (and my city) while the icon is the cloudy one. Kind of redundant. I would like to see the current days forecast in it's place. I'm sure you can pull all kinds of info from the feed an

Just found out some more info on my problem. Here's a snippet of Help info on changing DPI in Vista: "If you set the DPI higher than 96, and you are running Windows Aero (the premium visual experience of Windows Vista), the text and other items on the screen might appear blurry in some programs that are not designed for high–DPI display in this version of Windows. You can avoid this issue by using Windows XP–style DPI scaling for these programs." I was using XP style when I fi

Running Vista Ultimate 32bit. I just changed the default DPI (96) to a custom one (110). My eyes aren't what they used to be. First thing I noticed was that some of the text on the various OD menus were either missing, truncated or squished. I know this has always been the case with many programs from way back but I would have thought by now all programs would allow for a change in DPI. Secondly, a few of the icons on my dock (happens to be a tabbed dock) are now ver

Greetings All. The temperature and sometimes the icon very often do not match what's at the accuweather site. For example when I started my computer this morning the temp on the dock and at accuweather were both 72F. Now the temp has risen to 75F and the docklet still shows 72F. I tried doing and Update but that never changes anything. I thought maybe the interval for updating was quite long (btw, what is the interval) and that doing an Update would refresh the data,
