I want to make a SysMetrix Skin wider in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I have downloaded a nice SysMetrix Skin but there is not enough space to show all the things I want to see. So i decided to make a bigger Skin out of that one I have downloaded. But I don't know what Programm I should use and what to have some info. Thx
