I actualy went back and checked. My 1st alias was Dcrewchief. 1st skin was in 2004 and was one of Pinchecl's skin that i went to vertical where he made it as horizontal.

I cannot believe it is still being bickered about pricing. Some will pay and some won't. Bottom line there. Its always been that way. I seen this in his screenshot. Makes sense that the toggle to override system settings may be culprit. Seems it should be toggled off. Maybe i am way wrong but it seems windows is trying to override but no command moving forward. Just an observation.
