Although Opera doesn't skin with WB, it does darken to be more pleasing on the eyes. Also there is a Dark Mode extension that helps more. https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/dark-mode/ Thanks Dcrew57

I have used Opera as my browser for a long time. I would rather have more secure than skin ability. That being said, That is just my own opinion. I am sure others look at it differently.
