I also agree. The scrollbars are possibly the most frequently used control. I'm always more likely to keep using a blind that makes scrollbars visible, and reactive to mouseover. Conversly, an otherwise stellar blind that doesn't have what I like in a scrollbar won't get used. IMHO

I'd bet a big factor in determining the "quality" of a person's comments is the number of responses to their comments. So, just as an example, if a person started a wildly popular "What are you listening to right now?" or "Am I the reason people are nice lately?" thread, and recieved thousands of replies, the "quality" of that initial post would be considered "high". I'm guessing, tho....

There are only a few places to find bootskins, if you're looking for them. Wallpapers are much more common. Your bootskins get more downloads because there is less competition.

Most widgets will have under their properties the option to adjust accessability, Taskbar, SysTray, or none. Selecting none will keep the widget from creating a SysTray icon or TaskBar slot. If you are using a lot of widgets, importing them as objects may save resources, but if you only run a couple, go with running as a widget (I say) so you can access all their options.

I already have the googlebar extension for Firefox http://googlebar.mozdev.org/ This new bar looks like an official Google release, which has been a long time coming, you ask me! I haven't tried the new one yet. The Spell Check looks interesting, but otherwise googlebar appears to have more features.
