My country would be the Western Hemisphere Alliance. It would be composed of both North and South American continents. we would rely on mostly air and naval power to combat the evil Russian Empire. We would use renewable resources like solar, wind, and fusion power. We would run on a war economy, because we are trying to win WW3. we would base our government on a Starship Trooper-type government, only allowing those who have served their country in honor.

Yeah, maybe rig the gas pedal to work as a pump. Anyway, has anyone heard about the idea of using bacteria for making hydrogen? Heard about it on the Science Channel. Has anyone else heard of it? Or am I just crazy? (which could be true) ;)

I think that it might be that Stardock changed the date for the release of TA. It was supposed to come out this month, if it hadn't gotten changed because everyone wanted more "polish" on the game instead of using lots of updates later.

Have any of you heard of solar updraft towers? link is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_updraft_tower Put a couple of these in the Sahara is what I was thinking of doing. Every type of energy here on Earth is indirectly solar energy if you think about it. The future of energy production is doing what the sun does, fusion. Until we do that, capturing solar energy is what we need to do.

The way I understand it is that if a ship could create a big space time distortions in front and behind the ship so the space behind would be pushing the ship and the space in front would be pulling. The problem is that to create such a thing, it would take the energy of (what I heard of)10 suns. (and I think that is being generous) But with Anti-matter, who knows?
