LOL. I really don't care that it's someone's job to sell stuff. Their job is their problem, not mine. Keeping my money is more important to me than making sure some 20 year old can afford his Mustang payments.
I hear you, so to speak. They definitely shouldn't be pushy, and you shouldn't feel obligated to buy something from them just because they are there. But now that I know a few, I kind of feel bad for them. Will I buy from them? Not hardly likely. But i do pity

After having friends of mine take jobs as security salespeople, I feel bad for them. It's not an easy job for these young kids to go out and try and convince people to buy something they don't really need. Now, I probably wouldn't buy one of those security systems from even my best friend, but go easy on them. Tell them no thanks, but don't be hating! They're just doing their jobs. Also, a lot of times, it's the salesguys that get scammed. They're promised

Yes, a hypothetical person can still be a good person under those circumstances, but referring to a specific person I'd need to know more about them. I was always taught not to judge other people, but hypothetically yes, sure he can be a good person.

Seriously, Erathoniel, this is like that "Comment Deletion" article I spammed. Writing stuff like this just makes me want to do EXACTLY what you tell me not to. However, lest I get banned, I will not say the mean th
Glad yer back, bird woman. Good trip?
Glad to be back, BFD. :D Yes, it was, but two weeks with my family and no escape was kind of trying. Lots of old stuff, too. Maybe I should write about my experiences...oh wait. Someone's already done that and nobody cared about those, either. ;P
You didn't make them late. Don't sweat it. It's not your business.
I know. But I don't want to be late. I have a dreadful disease called tardy-phobia. It's an irrational fear of being late. So I hate being late, especially when it's not my fault. I'm not sweating it, just irritated.
well I was thinking about getting some Stepen King novels and scaring myself half to death and then suing him. Do you think it'll work?
Let's try it. Makes as much sense as this schmo.

Yesterday I filled up my gas tank. See, okay, I'll tell the whole story. I just got back from Spain, and had to work yesterday at 8 am forty miles away. Ugh. So I left very early to get there on time. There was a ton of construction and traffic, so I thought I'd be late. Nope, there at 7:30. I had about a half tank of gas, so I went across the street to fill 'er up while I waited. I had half a tank. My tank is ten gallons. I put 5 ga

I'm not going to get into the morality of it, just the lawsuit part. Ready? Here goes. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Please, guy, give it a break. 1)The company didn't FORCE you to read anything, you read it of your own free will. 2) I'm eating a bag of potato chips now. If it makes me get fat, does that mean I can sue Lays for making deliciously tempting salty goodness? 3) Get over it. Choose to believe it and repent, or don't be
I am confused, is it funny or something else? I am Dyslexic so I want to know what it means.
She said, U-N-T-I-E instead of U-N-I-T-E. Because sometimes dyslexia causes letters to switch around or something. I dunno.

Of course, AD. It's actually kind of ridiculous where I went to high school. In the EIGHTH grade, we are taught basic human anatomy, but not, of course, what sex actually is. We all just kind of figured it out on our own. We were also taught the controversy over abortion. That was it. In high school, we had contracts to give to our parents that promise the parentals that our teacher would not mention contraceptives at all, or anything other than abstinence. It took ten min
.that kids can't control themselves...they are going to do it anyway...that sex is just another activity that even middle schoolers may engage in. Get used to it....that's the way it is ...just do it 'safely'...give em' the pill or condoms...ready, set go...blah, blah, blah. But oh wait, why are they depressed, committing suicide, aborting, contracting STDs, or having the baby because it's the chic thing to do especially with the school nursery.
It's not that they can't c
Also, the person who did the Juno review must have done it without hearing the dialogue.
I saw it, with the sound on, and I thought it was HILARIOUS! "All babies want to be borned!" "Whoa! Dream big!" But that's a story for another day. We're digressing. Again. Sorry. As far as sex education is concerned, where I live they ONLY teach abstinence. That's it. And yet...girls still get pregnant. Kids are going to have sex whethe
'He's a jackass'.
You said it, not me. And you've said it before. You don't like him. You never have. Yes, he's played with heartstrings, but no more than anyone else does. He's my best friend, so deal with it. I love you, but this is getting out of hand. I just wanted ideas for his birthday, but now I have an idea, already in motion. Thanks for your help, everyone.

Whip! Are you okay now, though? Scare me to death why don't you? Rest at ease, brother. You still get more attention than I do. On several of mine combined.

That has nothing to do with the question at hand, Lula. I made a statement about how I don't think Juno motivated these girls to get pregnant, and you start in about feminism. That was a total digression from topic and a complete waste of space on this thread, regardless of the fact that I disagree wholeheartedly with it. The individual who wrote this also needs to bend over so I can pull the stick out of her butt.
