No difference. I dont understand it. I had gal civ 2 dreadlords and it worked fine. Now that i get this online, no dice.. I should add, even when dropped down to the lowest settings it still does this.. My laptop doesn't s*ck that bad..

Okay so looking more into it. It now seems its every time I click on the minimap to skip over to the part of the map i want to view. This is when the game locks up. Also happens while trying to click drag across the map.. When I took it out of full screen I had the same problem, but alt-tab no longer fixes it when not playing fullscreen. No, music continues normally.

Having problems in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

I bought Ultimate, online, two days ago. I can load the game, start a game, after the loading time it runs perfectly smooth. Then on random when clicking around the map, the game will glitch up and lock into a back and forth between a few frames, kind of looks like a paused VHS tape. But if I alt-tab out then bring the game back up, it works fine. But of course it will glitch up again at seemingly random times. What gives? How can I fix this?
