I think if its a gif file, it must be 300 X 300 pixels or smaller in size. If its a jpg file and its bigger than that, it will automatically be resized to 300 X 300 by WC. But a gif file won't be accepted if its too big.

Thanks for pointing that out DavidK. You are 100%correct. It evolved into this big debate, but really, this whole XP thing is so trivial. And it is rather silly to take it to extremes.
