Then, Under positioning, try setting the dock as a drawer, set your mouseover activation speed. Make sure "Tabs always on top" is unchecked,

Frosted WIP in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Just thought I'd make public my plans for my 5th WindowBlind skin. I'm calling it "Frosted." It is basically a white version of Tinted. When I finished Tinted, I began to think about the type of skin I'd like to do next. I just couldn't shake the desire for my own take on a clear, light and fresh glassy skin. You simply want to insert that little bit of code I wrote above into your background.ini file, right at the top, but underneath the name. In the screenshots below, the one on the left is what the code looks like before editing it. The screenshot on the right is what it looks like after adding the code. In your OD config window, choose the Positioning tab. Under "Interaction" at the bottom, you probably have it set to "Keep on top." Change your setting to "Hide in background when not in use." Below is a picture of my setup in both cases: Keep on top is pictured on the left, and hide in background is pictured on the right.
