In my line of work, I have to be able to work quickly, and it helps to have things quickly at my disposal. And of course, they have to look good. I agree with Chasbo; I like a unified look. However, I only ever use 2 Icon Packages--Aero Midnight or Cosmos. As far as placement; I keep my taskbar on the bottom.

Karmat: Have you tried applying the regular Win7 Aero style? If so, what result do you get? Transparency or not? If you have not tried this, please do so. If you don't get transparency, then right-click on the desktop, choose "Personalize," then click on "Window Color" at the bottom of the screen. Make sure that the "Enable Transparency" checkbox is checked. Then try loading a WB again. See if that helps! [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e]

The taskbar button states seem to be mixed up when working with w7. In XP & Vista, everything seems to be fine. In W7, however, it seems as though the "highlighted & activated" state is being used instead of the "pressed" state. The normal "highlighted & activated" state works fine, it just appears that the "pressed" state is being ignored and the "highlighted & activated" state is being used in its place. Should this be happening?
