Different people may use the applications in different ways and so may not encounter all the same issues.

In my earlier post I asked if Mirsguy could reproduce the bugs. Reproducing means using an application and any related ones in a specific manner to elicit a particular behaviour. He may not have encountered them through the way he uses OD+, but has he actually taken the steps to install the relevant 3rd party apps to reproduce a bug. My impression is that he
People are always doing daft things
Daft! Man I haven't heard that one if forever! Great word! [e digicons][/e]
With all due respect, I cannot believe that.
Fine. Don't believe it. I use OD+ extensively and have encountered no problems on Vista Ultimate x64 or W7 Pro x64, except for the obvious lack of start button & sys tray. My saying that I don't have any problems does not negate the fact that you have problems on your end.
That is not a minor issue. I want full sys tray functionality in Win7 64-bit, so I'm looking forward to an update.
Didn't say it was minor; just said that it works great albeit the lack of these 2 functionalities. [e digicons]:)[/e]
Well it looks like I made four docks without realizing it.
Ya know, I almost asked if you did that, but I figured; no, no he wouldn't have done that! [e digicons][/e]

Basically, you need an image editor like Photoshop, Fireworks, Corel Draw or Painter. If you don't have the big bucks for any of those programs, PAINT.NET is a good free alternative. Your Image editing program allows you to create the graphics used in your skins. You'll need SkinStudio to actually piece it all together and create your WindowBlind. If you're an ObjectDesktop subscriber, you can install it from Impulse. If not, you can purchase it <a
Also I notice that the top of the window does to fully go to the top of the screen but stops just short of the tabs. I’m not sure how I fixed that but while trying to fix this latest issue I’ve managed to get that again.
Under the "Positioning" tab, uncheck "Reserve edge of screen." Not sure about your problem with the forum, though.
You mean to tell me that you cannot reproduce any of the bugs that are mentioned in the bugs' thread?
Yes. That's what I'm saying. No problems, no bugs. Just easy functionality.
What would you like to skin? WindowBlinds, ObjectDock? Basically, you need an image editor like Photoshop, Fireworks, Corel Draw or Painter. If you don't have the big bucks for any of those programs, [link="http://www.paint.net/"]PAINT.NET[/link] is a good free alternative. You'll also need to use a text editor, like notepad. I skin ObjectDock and RightClick skins solely using notepad and Photoshop. If you wish to create a WindowBlinds skin, you'll need SkinStudio. If
Those who use OD+ for very little are likely to encounter significantly fewer issues, that's obvious.
ObjectDock Plus is a main staple on my 2 machines. Running it on W7 Pro x64 with no issues (except for the known start menu/sys tray issues). Works wonderfully. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]

I have to admit; reading all of this, I'm a bit confused as to what's going on. 1. Have you installed Impulse on your computer? Impulse doesn't have "download" buttons, it has "install" buttons. 2. Did you pay for the upgrade to WB7? 3. Where did you "download" WB7 from?
Thanks, Doc! [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
Didn't change anything on my end, but everything works now. Thank you! [e digicons]:)[/e]
why skin a modern os to look like a 2001 version of XP?
Nostalgia. [e digicons];)[/e] Really, I agree with you; but there are a lot of good Vista skins that work well on 7.
Mirsguy: it isn't in beta any more.
My mistake. [e digicons][/e]
Patience... I do believe we're still in beta.
My date is now Jan. 24, 2011. Looks right to me! Thanks a bunch! [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
See my response in reply #11....yeah...I didn't even have to LOOK! (pay no attention to the invisible lady...she likes to wallow in her own small victories).
Not trying to ignore you. You're question wasn't clear to me, Ms. Invisible. [e digicons][/e] Besides, Vampy tried to answer your question with her response in reply #13.
In the IE7 settings, you have the "search address box" graphic in place of the nav arrows background. [e digicons][/e] Change the graphic to the "navarrowsbackground.tga" and you'll be all set. Once I did it, all was well. [e digicons][/e]
Ahh, I must've missed that part. I didn't realize it was an IE problem. I'm seeing it too (on W7). I'll look into it...
