Basically, you need an image editor like Photoshop, Fireworks, Corel Draw or Painter. If you don't have the big bucks for any of those programs, PAINT.NET is a good free alternative. Your Image editing program allows you to create the graphics used in your skins. You'll need SkinStudio to actually piece it all together and create your WindowBlind. What would you like to skin? WindowBlinds, ObjectDock? Basically, you need an image editor like Photoshop, Fireworks, Corel Draw or Painter. I have to admit; reading all of this, I'm a bit confused as to what's going on. 1. Have you installed Impulse on your computer? Impulse doesn't have "download" buttons, it has "install" buttons. 2. Did you pay for the upgrade to WB7? 3. Where did you "download" WB7 from?
