I began a WIP thread for this new skin: https://forums.wincustomize.com/338555 I will no longer be posting skin updates to this thread, due to the WIP thread. [e digicons]:)[/e]

I began this new theme about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to do a dark skin, but I didn't want to do glass. Glass can be over done. I wanted something more original. Also, I didn't want to do the black/blue combo. Though those colors look great together, once again, it can be over done. Then I began to think back to when I first bought WindowBlinds... how I searched for a carbon fibre skin, and was left wanting... When complete, this theme will also include ObjectDock backgro
Looking forward to seeing how this series progresses!
charge me for a 2.0 upgrade
I would count on it. It'll be a whole new version of the program, not just an upgrade.
That would be cool!
Some things I'd like to see for ObjectDock; Wishfull thinking....
Less people whining about things that they think are broken in the current version, in light of the fact that 2.0 is on its way. [e digicons];P[/e]
Thanks, Bilbo! John's graphics reapplied, that's all! [e digicons]|-)[/e]
They're uploaded. Just waiting on moderation...
Thanks! [e digicons]:sun:[/e]

Hey John, I put together a couple of Right Clicks. Mind if I load 'em?
messiah1 created this RC skin some time ago. It seems like it might go well with the Pitch Black WB. http://messiah1.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=210&libid=47
Any idear if there's anyone thinking of making a full set of icons for Prowler............

Ive been using Frois-01 looks great with it.
The Aero Midnight icons also look awesome with it.
Having too many skins pouring in seems to be a good problem to deal with... :CONGRAT: Congrats to all featured! :HOT:
ablebodied: I don't particularly like Dragon either, but it does incorporate the type of elements that I'm trying to use in my skin. Though not my style, I think it is a very well designed skin. If I were you, I'd check out the link in my reply above to the AVMAN's post on the "Start Menu Open Help Thread." I think you will find it very helpful. [e digicons];)[/e]
ablebodied I am going post a thread explaining some of this.I will call it Start panel open
Great Idea, AV! https://forums.wincustomize.com/?postid=337992
I just really want to learn. If there was a skinstudio for dummies, i'd be the first one to buy one.
Actually, I think I would have beaten 'ya to it! [e classic][/e] vStyler is right. It takes time and desire. His first took him 9 months. My first took me 7 months. My second one (the one in the screenshot) has taken 2 weeks so far, and I'm nowhere near done! Really, you just need to crack into Skin Studio and PLAY! Don't lose sight of the fun of it!
Thanks, LightStar! So far, the brushed metal and carbon fibre are playing nicely. I've assembled the entire taskbar, startmenu, and window frames by now, though I think I'm a gonna tweak the frames a bit...
You've done yet another outstanding blind that serves an an inspiration and example to the rest of us aspiring skinners. Awesome work! [e digicons]B)[/e] Now if you'll just quit raising that bar! [e digicons]XO[/e] [e digicons][/e]

Armani: First, you want to choose the "submit to gallery" link in your nav bar on the WC website: When you see the following screen, in the skin file field, you can browse to load EITHER a .zip or a .dockzip. As stated before, .dockzip's are beneficial as they automatically save the skins/icons into the Object
