Obviously, the following is all contingent upon the assumption that you have already installed WindowBlinds. First, double-click on the .wba file. This will load it into your system. Then, open the WindowBlinds program. You can do this by finding it in your "All programs" list from your start menu. It should be under the Stardock category. I save each .wba file I download in a designated folder inside of my Documents folder. I do this so that I don't permanently lose any theme that I might like. I recently got a new computer, and installing all of my favorite Blinds was a breeze since I had them all backed up. Aero Midnight is an extremely slick WB. It comes as part of Theme Manager 2009, which is part of Object Desktop Ultimate. Also, there are other matching skins, like wallpapers and docks here in the WC galleries. I'm not a huge fan of the default Aero look, but I do like Aero Midnight.
