I need to release the Kzinti ships again. It wasn't until I loaded all the ships together in to a single folder that I found the Kzinti and the Gorn had a similar ship class name. So I'll fix that and upload the Carnivons and Paravians. And since its been so long I should add bonus pack 2.

Hi guys. Not sure when I'm getting back to work on this but wanted everyone to know that the rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated. Glad people are still downloading the ships. I've ideas for new ones but when I get done with them who knows.

If seth doesn't want it I would love to add it to my Rebel pack (I would give you full credit of course).
I know I've vanished from working on my own mod since I'm so busy in my personal life but I can still send you the B-wing, Aggie, if you want for your own project.

You got it backwards, the Kzinti made it throught the WYN cluster first in Y116. Orions established their first base there in Y136. I'm not sure when the Lyrans made it but I do know that when the Orions showed up only the Kzinti were there. Lyrans have had so many civil wars its hard to make sure. These races were followed by Klingons and any other reject of galactic society. Think, Mos Eisley Cantina.
so wh

Lyran Star Empire has a feudal system of government. The empire is composed of Duchies and those are broken down further into counties. The county known as Dark Star (because they have a black hole) were inspired by the virtues of the Federation and broke away establishing a democracy known as the Lyran Democratic Republc (LDR). This started a civil war obviously but luckily the Dark Star County was one of the more wealthier ones and was able to repel anything the

They aren't going to fly any faster in combat screen and technically they are only suppose to fight with wings open.

Yes I mentioned before I would have to adjust the weapons of the races, thus needing a new tech tree for some of them.

Also I think me and you should do a sequel to this mod once if it's succesful. It could set in the Next Generation Era.
Correct I'm already going to do a NGE expansion. I'm more concerned in getting the 24th Century ships looking right then anything else. It will also include a 24th Century ship style for the selected races that
how long will it take for you to compleate the maps?
Not sure, its more busy work then anything else. Looking at my Fed and Emp map and placing maps accordingly. Now before some one suggest that I use some Star Trek Star Charts book, which I do have, I will make another map reflecting the television/movies to be included in the expanded tech trees that match that one. I'd rather finish up, release the mod

I am considering releasing the mod without the maps and campaign done. Consider it a BETA for feedback then I can release it again with the maps after you guys get a chance to play with the initial stuff.

969 Replies 1,823,669 Views

Ok like I said in a previous post I was playing Starfleet Command 3 and said, hey I can do that. Well here is what I mean. The initial release of Fed and Emp will have weapons based on the game. Thus disruptors will be more powerful then phasors and considered a heavy weapon like photon torpedoes. Then you will be able to download as part of an expansion pack: 24th Century weapons. These will be closer to the television series. Thus Klingons primary

All I needed Seth was to decide what type of weapons they had. Phasors(of course). photon, plasma torpedoes, disruptors and so on.

Moving forward, I suggest we compile a list of technologies for each race for insertion into the upcoming tech tr

Not sure. As of right now no it shouldn't. I've been working on stuff for this since it was still in BETA and no problems thus far.

I guess I'm like you. I don't like technology to progess too fast. One year you are mastering faster then light travel then a couple years later you can blow up stars. Nope doesn't cut it for me. So I always play on Very Slow research. The values will stay basically the same. I don't want hinder someone from having a fast research game if they want it. Not sure when it will be done as I'm doing a lot currently. Let you guys know though I will

you won't need the old files on the library to use the mod. In fact I'll probably recommend you guys delete them. In order to use the mod all you will have to do is put it in the mods folder, start the game, options, select the mod, restart and presto! All the ships, races, logos, will already be there as if they were part of the origininal game.
