I always include the Icons for most the office filetypes in my Icon packages, and I think most of the other populer Icon Packager authers do as well. As for the App ICons, look in the Object Dock section, or in the bouse Icon packs that are out there.

I have a dream, and that dream is to never make 9x style Icons again. How many people still use 9x or 2000. Time it takes to make sure a entire Iconpack looks good in 256 colors is becomeing more and more of a problem, and for less and less people. What do you think? But I think that this artical has more truth to it then Steve Jobs would have it known. I was glad to see Object Dock adding things that you cant do on the Mac since it makes it more usefull for me, in the long run.

Step one, make the Icons with Icondeveloper, Second open Iconpackager, go to View/package builder and your good to go, you can drag and drop the icons right on top the template icons, when your done, just save package as. and apply. boom.
