Hi Eric, The download server is just a standard http request (port 80). I'm not able to reproduce the error so I am uncertain to the problem at the moment. If you haven't already, please restart Elemental and see if that helps.

Thanks for letting us know about this problem. It has been corrected and you should be able to download mods again.
brando3636, Your account appears to be in order. If you are still experiencing problems please either post here (or write to ) exactly what issue you are having and what actions you have taken.
fabricepetesch, it appears when you made one of your purchases, you had a typo in your email address. Because of that, there were two different accounts in the system, one for each email address. So Tiles was only able to read one of these accounts (I believe the one with the purchase for the Custom Pages feature). I have merged your two accounts together so you should now have access to the full feature set of Tiles. Just go to the Add Features configuration window and click on the &

Try launching Demigod directly from its own short cut (not through Steam) and see if that helps.

slayr91, sounds like you may be having a similar issue as to what dhakattack described. You may need to allow Demigod.exe through your firewall. Also, are you going through a proxy server? Possible that might be cause issues too. If you are going through a Proxy do you have your proxy settings setup in Internet Explorer?

aA_reggird, with the update of our servers on this release, we unfortunately have lost some of the friends list and chat conversations. You may need to re-add in some or all of your friends. We apologize for the inconvience.
If you are trying to update Demigod via GameStop PC App (Impulse) and are unable to logon you would need to contact support through Gamestop. Or you can use the option in the GameStop PC App (Impulse) to retrieve your password ( http://screencast.com/t/6oFWKQiZdFyR ). If you have an account with Stardock and your copy of Demigod is registered with us you can download the update from us via the My Account page on the
In an effort to help spark more interest with the active Demigod community we are resetting the stats for the Ladder leader board. This will clear out old inactive players and allow the people, who are currently playing Demigod, to be able to more easily move up the ladder and hopefully conquer that #1 spot. Starting now, games played will be counted toward the new ladder (under Epoch IV in your games list). The current ladder stats will continue to show f
We are still working on getting the NAT Faciliator back online. But due to several technical difficulties it is unlikely that we will get it back online this week. I would estimate that we will have it working again mid next week. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
vandewusel, The problem has been corrected and you should now be able to register your copy of Trinity within Impulse. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Lets us know if you need any further assistance.
jugarte, We are not sure why you are still seeing that our store is undergoing maintenance. I suspect that your browser may be caching the page. Here are a couple of things to try: Try a hard refresh on the page using CTRL-F5 Clear your browsers cache Try a different browser if you have more than 1 installed on your computer Try a different computer if you have more than 1. </p
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family Bryan.
Try pausing the download (if it lets you) and then close and re-open impulse. Then resume the download, that might kick it into finishing.
Hi Angelo, I am not sure why the sales staff has not responded to your inquiry yet, however, I have checked on your order status and your copy of Elemental has indeed shipped. And, since the shipment is overseas it may take a little time to get there.
If you had the beta installed, try uninstalling and re-installing Elmental. And before re-installing make sure that you have cleared out any traces of Elemental that may have been left behind in the %ProgramData% or MyGames folders.
Yes, all pre-orders have been charged. If your charge was successful you should now have access to install Elemental via Impulse. If your charge failed you should have received an email notifying you. Reaper, I checked your account and indeed your charge has completed and you should have access to Elemental. If anyone has any questions about their pre-order please write to .
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This was a problem caused by an update to our servers (an XML Serialization issue). We have corrected the problem so the Win/Loss result is correctly recorded now. We have also corrected the win/loss result for the games that were affected. However your Total Wins and Losses stat for your player will not be updated until after your next game played.
I'll take a look at jobs that calculate the stats and see whats going on.
Good news. We have identified the problem. The data has been cleaned up to removed the multiple posts and we are working on a fix to prevent the problem again. Our apologies for any inconveniences this has caused.
How is this on the Stardock domain is my question.
It's not. He has altered the IP address for stardock.com (via hosts file most likely) to point to his own machine. So this application is not in anyway developed or promoted by Stardock.
